Most guests collect a cart at Alice Town, North Bimini, in Fisherman’s Village, and spend the rest of the day on the island roads. Having your own cart means your own pace. Stop where the water looks best, turn back when you want, and keep the bags in the back.

Start at Fisherman’s Village

Pickup is Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm. The driver is 21 or older and brings a valid license. Pay in the reservation form before you arrive, because full payment is what confirms the cart.

Stay on the island roads

The roads run close to the harbor and the sea, so the views come to you. Golf carts and the UTV stay on those roads. The beach is off limits to carts all year.

A few places to fit in

  • The tall painted Bimini chair by the harbor, for the photo everyone takes.
  • Dolphin House, the mosaic house and museum, worth slowing down for.
  • A bowl of conch salad, the Bahamian classic.

If something stops the cart

Call 242-818-2278. After the desk closes, 242-473-3155 is monitored 24 hours. If there is a problem, BMB sends a mobile mechanic or a replacement cart.
